| Construction on the Admiral Baysuites is showing significant progress. The overall accomplishment of the project, as of 31 January 2013, is already at 37.92%. The structural works on the residential floors has been completed up to the 33rd floor. Interior partitioning from the 9th to the 15th floor has been completed. Floors 16th to 25th are on-going. The mock-up floor at the 9th level is already undergoing waterproofing, tiling, painting and the installation of ceiling frames. Likewise, the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection works from the 9th floor up to the 12th floor has been completed. |
